Bottom Aluminum fork sleeves (2) for early models provide hydraulic bump stop to eliminate bottom clunk.
For early model fork dampers that have holes below the conical section at the bottom of the damper. Later models with holes in the middle of the conical section or just above the conical section do not need these bottom sleeves. Be sure to add the top sleeves to eliminate top out clunk.

Raised intake D port floor alum shoes and teflon heat insulating gaskets (2 ea) for RH10 and all 30mm port heads. Some raised porting may be required to increase performance.
This shape is taken from the world famous Harley XR 750 flat tracker. The intake port floor is raised for increased velocity and flow, allowing for a fuller intake charge. Made of alum. An easy drop in kit but some raised porting at 10:00 and 2:00 near the guide may be required for increased performance (see instructions). Add a dab of JB weld to hold it securely - align with valve guide and tilt into place. Two reusable teflon heat insulating gaskets included (more images) (installation instructions).
